Programs
We connect educators in peer-to-peer learning networks that catalyze positive change for students through collaboration and continuous improvement cycles.
In each learning network, called cadres, we support educators—from teachers and coaches to principals and district leaders—in designing, testing, and evaluating strategies to improve instruction based on their unique needs and contexts.

Past Cadres
Since its founding, Impact Florida has convened cadres of district and school leaders to collaborate, learn, and share strategies that improve teaching and learning across the state. Each cadre focused on a specific challenge or opportunity in education, generating insights and practices that continue to shape our work today.
