Impact Florida helps educators grow their practice, connects leaders to share what works, and shapes statewide systems so that great teaching can reach every Florida student, in every classroom, every day. Since 2019, we’ve worked across 70% of Florida schools districts serving 93% of the state’s student population.

Impact Florida exists in the vital middle space between the classroom and the statehouse— advancing educator practice, serving as a strategic connector, and influencing systems so that great teaching is supported and sustained at every level. By bridging these spaces, we ensure that data become action, and that every Florida student benefits from excellent instruction.
